Putnam Man Indicted in Half A Dozen Burglaries

September 21st is the arraignment date for a Putnam County man, indicted in connection with half a dozen burglaries reported around the county last fall. Authorities arrested 23-year-old Kenneth Earl Hamilton, the Second of Hill Road after he was indicted on six counts of aggravated burglary, five counts of theft over $1,000 and one count of theft over $60,000. Investigators say Hamilton is the man they believe broke into two homes on Brotherton Mountain Road, two on Browns Mill Road, one on Poplar Grove Road and one on Mikonda Drive. He would steal televisions, guns, jewelry, computers, and sometimes cash and checks. His bond was set at $75,000.
