Shakespeare Returns to Cookeville Park

The latest production of the Cookeville Department of Leisure Services is the annual "Shakespeare in the Park" event, which continues tonight and tomorrow night at Dogwood Park pavilion on Broad Street. Performances are also scheduled for Thursday, Friday and Saturday night. The production this year is "The Tempest." Producer Chad McDonald says this is the sixth consecutive year for the department's "Shakespeare in the Park" production, which is free to the public. Showtime is 7 pm.
