Three Shoplifters, Two Incidents, One Store

Three people have been cited for shoplifting in two separate incidents at one Cookeville store. Loss prevention officers at the Kohl's store on Jackson Street claim that 34-year-old Tina Michelle Young of Sparta took two bracelets and two bottles of perfume without paying for them; meanwhile, 36-year-old Hollie Dawn Nash and 43-year-old James Glen Whittenburg, both of Thomas Road, were cited for trying to steal some $200 worth of clothing. They reportedly ran from the scene when confronted, but were caught nearby.
