Chamber Sponsors "Penny Saved" Workshop

Participants will learn to identify financial savings from process improvement efforts in various businesses, as well as how small losses can quickly add to significant financial impacts on the bottom line. They will learn how large and small businesses solve process failures with a repeatable problem solving approach. Other topics to be covered include process improvement, brainstorming and change management. The cost is $69 for Chamber members and $79 for non-members.
