Court Date Set For Alleged Meth Cook
A January 31st court date has been set for a Monterey man, accused of manufacturing methamphetamine. Monterey police say 52-year-old William Michael Howard of South Poplar Street was arrested after they investigated a tip that drug activity was taking place. They claim that they found the ingredients commonly used to make meth "in plain view" at Howard's home. That included pseudoephedrine, coffee filters and Coleman fuel. They also reportedly found about two grams of the finished product.
