Tickets On Sale For New Backstage Show

Officials with the Cookeville Department of Leisure Services say tickets are now on sale for a production of the play, "QED" by Peter Parnell. The show is being directed by Michael Birdwell, and produced by the Cookeville Performing Arts Center and the Leisure Services Department.  Performance dates are March 18, 19, 22, 24, 25, and 26, at 7:30 pm each evening. Admission is ten dollars for adults, eight dollars for seniors, and five dollars for students.  You can call the box office at 528-1313 to reserve a seat.  "QED" is the story of Nobel Prize-winning physicist Richard Feynman -- a man who helped develop the atomic bomb and quantum electrodynamics. He also played the bongos, frequented topless bars and relished his bit parts in university theatricals.
